If your computer originally arrived with Win 7 preinstalled, most probably your computer does not have UEFI because computers that came with Win 8 preinstalled and were supposed to be Win 8 certified had to have UEFI + SecureBoot enabled. If it says Legacy, this might be just the BIOS that does not have UEFI extension, or it coul be your BIOS/UEFI boot mode is set to Legacy mode I might be wrong but HP computers after 2012 come with UEFI - I really don't know but this is what I found on the Internet.
